I am happy to write a reference for Tyler McCaffery and Jeff Schauf.  They started on our backyard pool in mid-April and we were more than satisfied with their impeccable work and customer satisfaction.

All through this project, we felt very satisfied that things were getting done in a timely manner and their work was perfect.  If there were any questions on our part, it was taken care of right away.  They had a great crew and communication was always open.

There really isn’t anything they can’t do!  We ended up going with them for our brand new, (large) fence, and new sod in our front yard and backyard.  Jeff had a great idea for the stone around our spa and this turned out absolutely beautiful.

I would highly recommend Jeff and Tyler and we will definitely call them if we have any more projects to be done.  We are convinced there is not much they can’t do!

I am writing this letter of reference for Amcon Construction Inc. Amcon Construction is currently building a pool for us at our vacation home in Eastern Washington. I would highly recommend them for your future pool project.

My wife and I started our pool project over a year and half ago and it had not gone very well. We did our research on pool builders in Eastern Washington. We decided on a pool builder who turned out to be the wrong pool builder. The pool builder started the job and slowly started not showing up and finally was MIA and would not return our phone calls. After a long process of getting out of our contract and fighting for our money back my wife and I were very leery about continuing with the project. That’s until a friend of ours recommended that we call Jeff Schauf of Amcon Construction who made our decision to continue the project an easy one.

After meeting with Jeff and having him look at our job in Eastern Washington I could tell that Jeff knew what he was doing. We entered into a contract with Amcon Construction shortly after meeting with Jeff and his partner Tyler. Jeff laid out what needed to be done and did the best they could do to keep the price relative to what the first pool builder quoted but was very upfront and honest in areas that would cost more. In a short amount of time Jeff has come in and fixed the issues from our last pool builder and has our beautiful new pool poured and ready for the next steps.

Throughout the process so far Jeff has been extremely professional. He has done everything he has stated he would do and done it in a timely manner and has communicated with us well throughout the process. As I stated before I would highly recommend Amcon Construction for anyone’s pool build in the future. Amcon Construction has done great quality work and with great customer service. What a great bunch of guys and company to do business with.

Our high hopes were to buy water front recreational property, but the prices of real estate these days are ridicules. So we figured why not Bring the water to the house and build a pool. We reached out to numerous pool building companies and ever reached out to some on the east coast looking at fiberglass. After talking to amcon, they came out to the house the next day and discussed different types, sizes,shapes etc. of pools and went over the process of what the build will Intel.

As a home owner and knowing very little about building pools and all the different phases. Tyler and Jeff went over each phase, how long they would take, the different options, colors, landscape, plumbing, water features patio etc. and cost. All of these items were discussed in detail the first few days, prior to signing a contract. We had a good understanding and actually changes a few things after hearing there thought and suggestions.

Amcon was very professional, good communication and does outstanding work. We are very happy with the pool and decision to have Amcon build it.
